Landscape, the ecosystem, prairie grasses; more than just City Hall on today’s episode! We were joined today by current 4th Ward Alderman, Mr. Bill Donnell and had a great discussion. Mr. Donnell has a background as a landscape architect and has been instrumental in the growth & splendor of our parks. In addition, Bill also sits on the RAP (Rules, Administration & Procedures) & I&T (Infrastructure & Technology) (Rules, Administration & Procedures).
