The first sessions will be from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm and 6 to 7:30 pm as well. The resource fair coincides with National Family Literacy Week, these events are free and open to the public! This will take place at Waubonsee Community College in downtown Aurora, on the 1st floor in room 160. There will be many great organizations there, see the flyer for more details! - Wednesday, September 28th join our friends of DVA leadership & development training at The Cotton Seed Creative Exchange for a great event. A multi-generational conversation about trauma; Let’s Talk About Mental Health & Wellness. This will be from 5 to 8 pm and will feature a book signing with Vee L. Harrison, the author of Hood Healing. Shouts to Cotton Seed Creative Exchange, get to know them at 64 S. River Street.
