Good evening! We are honored to host and moderate a very important discussion with our community partners of law enforcement. This panel is titled: From Victim To Offender, Interrupting The Cycle. In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month we will detail the work being done currently, and address the realities vs the stigma of victims and offenders. In addition, we will speak to and learn from our fellow community partners of social service. Kane County is a model of effective law enforcement for today's society.
